On the morning on 8 November 1942 approximately. 90,000 Allied troops, mostly American, disembarked from their landing crafts into Vichy-French occupied territory in Morrocco and Algeria. Simultaneously, pro-Allied guerilla fighters organized by Wild Bill Donovan spring into action to assist the invading forces.
Do your part to expel the Nazi's from North Africa!
What to expect:
1. All safety requirements of the Hyatt Farms facility will be adhered to.
2. Participants may bring and use their own fire arms for each evolution, after they have been cleared by the Range Safety officers.
3. Participants who do not have the appropriate weapon, will be allowed to use those provided by Fox Events.
4. After an initial mission briefing, participants will execute the following evolutions.
A. Intel Gathering-Intelligence must be collected before the invasion can begin.
B. Long distance sniping-each participant will receive 5 rounds of .308 ammo to engage targets in the 300-500 yard range. Scores will be assigned values for targets successfully engaged.
C. Medium range rifle-participants will receive 20 rounds of .223 to engage targets from 100-250 yards. Scores will be assigned for targets successfully engaged and time.
D. Short range sniping-Participants will be given 20 rounds of .22 caliber to engage steel targets at 50 yards. Scores will be assigned for hits and time.
E. Pistol Round 1-Participants will receive 20 rounds of 9mm to engage a Nazi soldier at 10 yards. Scores will be assigned for hits and time.
F. Pistol Round 2-Participants will receive 20 rounds of 9mm to clear the beach of enemy targets 7 yards. Scores will be assigned for hits and time.
G. AR Pistol Round 1-Participants will receive 20 rounds of 9mm to engage steel targets at 10 yards. Scores will be assigned for hits and time.
All evolutions will be totaled and the top 3 finishers will receive awards and prizes.
